2. What data is collected and why
This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. The only personal data actively processed is information submitted voluntarily through the contact form (name, phone number, email address, and message content). This data is used solely to respond to the submitted inquiry and is retained for no longer than 90 days following the final exchange of correspondence.
3. Legal basis
Processing of contact form data is based on the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to communications directed to it (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), or, where the communication constitutes a contract-related inquiry, on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
4. Cookies
This website uses a single first-party cookie, named cookieConsent, stored via the browser's localStorage API. This cookie records whether a visitor has acknowledged the cookie notice displayed on the homepage. It contains no personal identifiers, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for any tracking or advertising purpose. It does not expire unless cleared by the user.
No third-party cookies are set by this site. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's CDN; this involves a DNS lookup and HTTP request to Google servers, which may be logged by Google according to their own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. To avoid this, users may block requests to fonts.googleapis.com via their browser's content blocking settings.

Personal data submitted through the contact form is not shared with third parties. The publisher does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to external organisations for any purpose.
